I cant read Korean at all but what I got from the images was that the uke was hiding some things/meeting up with an Alpha he was supposed to marry, and at the end of chapter 39 he comes home late because of talking with the alpha and the seme is already in bed but he was awake or he woke up and he smelt the alphas scent on the uke which made him tear up, but the great part is (read this if you want) the uke doesn't take the pills to get rid of his pregnancy.
