I don't believe midoriya is really traumatized? He was always more worried about bakugou getting into trouble rather than feeling hurt over the things he said. And as said many times , bakugou grew up in a violent household, he doesn't know it's overboard, it might not be an excuse but it all comes down to how you were raised. Also midoriya just thinks he's cool and strong so he wants to be like him in a way and follows him because of that. Not bitching about your comment just letting you know it's unfair to say stuff without looking at it from a different perspective
