My poor Nao really was going through it for like three whole chapters, and I feel like Haruna got off real easy in comparison. Nao straight up confessed 3 times in a row like whats not click Haruna...??? It would've been nice to see him get jealous or struggle too! Either way, they were super cute and I'm happy they're happy<3

I was wondering the whole time why this was only rated at ~70% when it was LITERAL perfection it was soooo cute, and then I hit the chapter 6 one shot and went "ah"....

A lot of people hate it because it comes out of nowhere. Not only that, but there's absolutely no context as to who the couple is, so the addition of the one-shot kind of ruined the first couple for some people. Even though chapter 6 doesn't really make sense, the manga as a whole is definitely a must read. It was super cute.

I love a good redemption arc with character development but this was really lacking. Everyone champions Mizuki for taking responsibility and apologizing at the end but in the beginning, he made it clear he wanted to apologize to only Seima??? That apology was also under the notion of trying to get back with Seima. He never mentioned apologizing to Itsumi THE VICTIM of months of bullying at all until he realized Itsumi and Fuji were friends... For the first three chapters, I was frustrated as to why Mizuki wasn't trying to apologize mostly to Itsumi. For that reason I found it hard to have faith in his "reflection" and growth. Was he just not going to apologize to Itsumi if he didn't find out he was friends with Fuji????

I get where you are going with this but.... initially his character is selfish and he wasn’t even going to apologize to seima or itsumi for the first three chapters. he was just working hard to impress him by like working out and all. But then later he sees how horrible his actions were and he truly feels remorseful for what he had done and truly apologizes out of his heart, and he is forgiven by itsumi. He himself knows what it feels like to be bullied, but he lost his way due to his selfish nature and obsession and he deals with the consequences of his actions. It doesn’t matter how one goes on the path of reflection but the fact is that he truly reflected his actions and grew to look past his own selfish desires and obsession, he learns to let go and that’s his character growth. Yes, the fact that he realized his actions and who he had hurt after finding out that itsumi is fuji’s friend, that’s where his character growth beings. So he did truly reflect and had a character growth, every character had a turning point and that was his.
My fucking god these grandpas gay... good for them, good for them <3
