They're not the characters from Nights though. I've never read anything with them, sadly i think it's simply an artwork, something Yoneda Kou did as a stand alone pic without creating a story (though she does tell a story with such a pic). Nights i definitely recommend, however. Basically anything Yoneda related, i strongly recommend. *u*
I read a yaoi manga a while ago about a cross dresser who owns a night club (I believe). I think the title had something to do with "butterfly" or "night butterfly"…something like that. In the manga, one of the MCs falls in love with the other MCs who dresses like a woman, and it is impossible to tell that s/he is a guy under the makeup. Anyway, the MC finds out the other MC is really a guy, but he still stays with him and finds him attractive either way. Also, there is a part in the manga where the cross-dressing MC confronts his father who has always been disappointed in him. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! (⌒▽⌒)

It is a shounen ai/yaoi mango and school-life as well. Our two protagonists are rivals/enemies in the school, and unbeknownst to the other, are both virgins. (I also think one kid is in a baseball club...?).
Anywho...one thing leads to another, and they somehow kiss, which leads to one kid confessing that he is a virgin and wants to learn from the other kid about smex. The other kid doesn't want to confess that he is also a virgin so just kind of wings it and keeps telling the other "You can't touch me unless I tell you" b/c he doesn't want the other kid to notice how flustered he is... Eventually, it of course being a yaoi manga, they develop feelings for one another yadda yadda yadda.
