in short, someone wasn't patient, stole chapters then half assed the translation when there's an official uploader with better translation and quality
scanlators uploaded chapters to catch up to korean raws (they have them read up till ch30) but some people with sticks up their a*ses are not letting them upload. to those people: you want official translations? go to t-pas!
