Im looking for a manga and it goes like this.

The uke stopped the seme from committing suicide at the rooftop of the hospital. The seme hated him for doing that and vowed to make the uke feel the same way for stopping him. Years later, they met and had a one night stand and the seme later learned that the uke was depressed because he blames himself for his grandma’s death and their love story started there.
