The ending is kinda frustrating. Like the story still has a lot to resolve but ends too early. I kinda understand though, A Shoulder to Cry On is rooted to reality. And real life doesn't exactly end after the "happily ever after" part.

I was frustrated in the beginning, the way their relationship start didn't really make any sense. I was expecting resentment and a slowburn enemies to lovers sort of thing. Plus, the archery part didn't exactly build up the story. You could swap it out for any other sport and the message still would've been the same.

The bittersweet ending isn't good for my heart. After reading so many shounen ai manhwas I thought I would get used to unrequited love. But damn, everything still hurts. I hope that the two other boys find love in their own time.

10/10 would read again. Hope that sidestories come out.

Not gonna lie, felt like dropping this a couple of times. But the story kept pulling me back in. The ending was sweet but I can't help but root for BFF Donghyun, my heart hurts for him. Seeing someone you love with someone else, but still being the supportive friend you've always been.

Overall, the story was great albeit a little convoluted.

Started out great, but now... meh
