She is unfamiliar with what love lives are let alone sexual encounters, you see this when she goes to that club, even blondie acknowledged it. Brownie is all of a sudden saying he likes her, she's fwb with blondie, there's so much going on at once she hasn't been able to or given herself a chance to stop and think about what she needs and they need. Outside of the contents of the story, this what you see in almost all R-Rated love triangle stories? It is already unrealistic (still possible even if barely) but it's for entertainment, it's drama for us to consume. We read and watch dramas because investing in someone else's life and problems is better to us than focusing on our own issues. And it's fiction, of course it is going to be THIS messy. It's supposed to be a steamy drama with a love triangle, that is the purpose. People need to stop acting like the characters are real people in their lives, and this is all made up. Stop trying to comment "she needs to do this this this and this to solve the problem" because then why the fuck are you reading this? Everyone here are SUPPOSEDLY adults but obviously didn't pay attention in their ELA classes
