Am I...the only really frustrated with Ash? Being a good guy is fine, but being a uselessly good guy is stupid. It just makes him look like someone who doesn't want to get his hands dirty rather than someone who's nice. One example was the bandits scene. He wanted Genie to let the bandits escape instead of killing them after they attempted to kill everyone, rob them clean and play with her(rape obviously). Genie did not agree with letting them go, ofc. Ash then said some crap about how he believed everyone deserves a second chance, even criminals, and suggested turning them in instead. What he said is fine, but you see, he was going to let them RUN OFF at first. Letting them go means letting them carry on with their criminal acts and continue killing people. He may have stuck to his principles and made himself feel good by not see any blood shed right before his eyes, but that's on the account of all the bandits' future victims. Does he seriously think the bandits he spared will magically turn over a new leaf by themselves? The possibility of that happening is like hitting the jackpot - possible but a super low probability. How fking naive.
