What an interesting question! It isn't a manga. Its credited on zerochan as being apart of an artbook for the mangaka Kauaki. If it is one, then it isn't scanned though.

I've always seen that credit page for Girls Generation and wondered the same myself. If your ever curious on finding the source for an image in the future, just right click the image, click copy image location, and put it into google (search by image) and it'll pop up.

It's pretty understandable that a student and lecturer relationship is hard to maintain in school/collage since it's forbidden in the society. To have a real life experienced regarding this matter is a great tool to counter measure such situation like in this manga. It depends on that person whether he/she wants to focus or can handle between relationship,studies and work but if it's distracting then he/she should give up or give some time to finish the tasks first. Life is like a gamble but love is like a gamble too. He/she should think wisely of the consequences taken after hearing on acting being a fake boyfriend/girlfriend.
