Im probably wrong, but my personal theory since like ch 60 smth is el chose to be human after completing his duties as a spirit king, and was reincarnated in a time he didnt exist into the past for some reason im not sure yet and ofc had to have any memories wiped of him bc that would effect everything that happened upto this point like his relationdhip with trowel and elrien etc, and as the story progresses the more i think im right with how human el was so deep into spirit king nature butgtttttt i have no clue
