I'm sorry but is it just me who thinks the pacing of their romance is off. They literally have no chemistry at all and the ML look so basic and ugly compared to his blue hair friend and the duke. I'm so bothered by how he looks like a effin side character and plusss he has no charisma or personality to make up for his lacking visual.
i was thinking the same thing! i was actually rooting for the duke, he was a bit forceful at first but i’m guessing bc it’s how he was raised but even keeping that in mind, he was really nice and kind to the mc. i totally get that the mc was overwhelmed by him but i think it was mean of her to just leave him behind like that, she could’ve at least left a letter or something. i’m guessing the author is gonna make the duke into a villain that gets in between the mc and the ml or is that blessed w keeping the mc to himself (JUSTICE FOR THE DUKE )
i also think it’s a bit weird how the ml keeps comparing the mc to his mother… i’m guessing the author wants it to come off as the mc healing the ml’s inner child/childhood trauma. i just wish the author wouldn’t emphasize how similar the mc and the ml’s mom are to each other. besides the mc liking his face and her wanting to help him get over his trauma, i don’t see much chemistry between them either. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
