this was one of my favorite shoujo mostly because im a sucker for overpowered ayakashi lol. i think the characterization of aoi is good, esp how we see it from himari’s eyes “he lies, thats how he’s trying to protect us” and how himari actually always tries her best as ‘landlord’. i just think the ending was a biiiiit on the rushed side because i didnt get anything from the last 4 chapters??? why did the house collapse on itself? himari used her rights as landlord but why did she not have any power over it after? nue disappears so what happens to nue’s JOB? the house is the embodiment of a barrier between ayakashi and humans so what happens if its ‘gone’? i miss kasha too... MAAANNN i wish these had gone in more depth.... but overall!! its something that i put close to my heart so thank u author!!!
