Woojun is infected and is an undead or in the process of becoming(?) one. If he isn’t… then I’m guessing it’s some weird sht behind the scenes such as the town experimenting on him to see if they can find a cure to the undead. On Ch.6, they (neighbors) mention how Jinwoo is fortunate enough to not have killed an undead YET. The town’s doctor Lim Jicheol told Jinwoo to make himself useful in the town (say you’re a teacher even if you never formally became one) so I’m guessing Guwon is extremely strict about everybody playing a role, including killing undead people. Ch.9 Guwon mentions how their medicine supply is running low so even if someone gets sick, no one can use it UNLESS it’s an emergency. Woojun is ALWAYS, and I mean always, wearing a mask with flushed face in every single chapter he’s appeared in. The twins told Jinwoo how Woojun is always getting sick and how he’ll feel better in no time. Remember, everyone is extremely suspicious right now almost as if they know something. Even the kids reactions to Jinwoo asking why Woojun isn’t present threw me off. Why are they fidgeting? Why did Sooha (boy) start stuttering? Do they know something we don’t? Anyway BACK to the medicine thing because there’s a reason I brought that up. Jinwoo enters the supply room in Ch 14 and we see Gyeongha, seemingly in a rush. She took something that neither us, or Jinwoo seemed to have caught. It seemed to be something very important to the point where she’s threatening him. I believe Gyeongha took medicine and is on her way to give it to Woojun. That probably explains why Woojun’s father is reluctant to let Jinwoo inside and created a false alibi (about the doctor seeing Woojun already) so Jinwoo won’t go around snooping in and telling the Doctor anything. I don’t think Gyeongha is necessarily a bad person. I think that since Woojun is a child, getting infected is probably something she might be sensitive to since they usually go around smashing the skulls of undead people, and she doesn’t have the heart to do that to a child. The dad also seems malnourished like he hasn’t been eating well. Poor guy is probably worried sick about his son :( I really hope it isn’t headed towards a domestic abuse path like some other people are guessing because I think I’ll cry for days over it LOLLL I’m a chronic overthinker and grew up watching theory vids about different types of media so take what I said VERYYY lightly I can’t predict the future.
THATS AN INCREDIBLY GOOD ANALYSIS??? I didnt even thought about how hard is to get medicine and what if the kid being sick had to do with the girl Jiwoon saw. I Just imagine you in the computer typing the comment while seeing the chapters and taking notes on your notebook

No LITERALLY as soon as I saw that last chapter, I went to go read everything again starting from Chapter 1 to check anything I might’ve missed in the past
