Like in Red River, Kyou Kara Maoh, or Konya mo Nemurenai where one of the MCs is from "our world" and then there's this other world (or time period in the case of Red River) where they travel to (and like they travel back and forth sometimes).
I don't know why, mangas with an element like that make me not care if it's yaoi or not and I usually only read/like yaoi! XD

Sorry if this sounds weird but I love seeing the contrast between the seme & uke's skin color (or like just darker colored/non-japanese characters in general). I've read a lot of the ones in the foreigner tag so I'm asking just in case I missed any good ones!! :D
if you're just talking about the characters having a different skin tone then seriously check out under grand hotel, it's a really good story and the seme is black (really really good story o3o) and if you mean foreigner just as foreigner and it isn't really about the skin contrast then foreign love affair. also though he isn't the main seme in the finder series there is a character that gets his fair share of story time in the finder series (note, it's incomplete and takes a while to upload but it's a really good one) :)
