I forgot the name of the story all I can say is that it's a Korean shounen ai. So the guy gets a job as a manager for this SUPER popular celebrity and the celebrity actually kind of has this curse thing when he's always surrounded by other but it doesn't effect the manager guy. The mom would sometimes ask for him to get some pain killers from the store but he would just ignore her till it became severe and later found out that all those years she actually had cancer(?) And I think some time after he died 10 but then reincarnated back to his past and decided to be a good son, student worked hard or whatever.
