Why all this hate for the girl? I mean how can u even compare her to Lucas. Of course she'd look useless relative to Lucas. But she also fights and trains. And even Lucas acknowledged her growth and talent.
i don't have her because of that at all. i personally dont hate her, but especially in the beginning of the story, she showed signs of the typical girl that clings to the man with power and grows stronger alongside him but really doesn't aid in the main characters growth.
(no i'm not acting like solo leveling is the best, but everyone has read it so it's a good example)
but that's why i REALLY enjoyed solo leveling. it was focused on the main character, his personal growth and development. if there was a female character, she provided something really important to the story or was just like any other character who was interested in him.
here... i don't know. i know she isn't useless, but the main character is so strong she seems like more of a distraction for him. i didn't read this to read about her progress i suppose.
of course, it's my opinion. i can't speak for everyone
I think it's not a good decision to gift someone who takes care of babies a pet without asking first esp when the said someone is left to do all the housework. And as great as pets are, someone still needs to take care of them. Of course the wife had her faults as well bc she should have told her husband what she felt and should never have abandoned that dog, but I think there was a great lack of communication between both of them. If the husband were really attentive, then he shouldn't have kept on giving her gifts if he noticed she wasn't happy with them. Esp the bird after the whole dog thing. The husband doesn't really consult with the wife in making decisions, maybe that's why the wife was closed off as well. Although calling the exorcists was a good call, it still should have been discussed with the wife.
