I'm trying to help someone to find some mangas owo

1- it's about a guy who works at a robot factory, then a new guy starts working there and the two are distant at first but then they start bonding and it turns out that the new guy was a robot and his memories came from a human, the robot eventually tells the guy. At one point the workers met the original person where the robot memory came from.
