Saaaame HHAAHAHHA Rape scenes ruins everything. Like if I read rape scene in my favorite manhwa/manga, I'd lose interest immediately and drops them. I CANT give them a chance. Maybe am too possessive, I don't like that someone else touches the MC other than the ML. Or I am too disgusted with the thought that authors even thought of having a character be violated and assaulted as if it's normal. How about people with traumas, did they ever think of those readers with traumas against rape. We are here to enjoy the ride, but those people couldn't. So sad.

For me, it’s more so the frequency and the explicitness of these kinds of scenes. Bc rape and other forms of sexual assault happen, and they’re often mentioned or implied to show how experiences like that may have effected a characters views on love, sex, trust, self-esteem, etc. especially in romance stories. But to draw, every single part of the assault, and not only that but to draw the victims “giving into the pleasure” is absolutely disgusting and unnecessary. It takes away the severity of rape and reduces it to fap material, which I’m sure the intention. It’s just so weird and stupid and unnecessary and I fucking hate it

Reading the last part of your comment made me remember those diagusting BL manhwas with detailed grape scenes. I wanna cry now for real, I feel exactly the same disgust even tho am just remembering them now after forgetting about them for so many years. Heck, these authors are messing with the readers. Why can't they just mention it briefly without showing every detail of it and making it seem like the victim's feeling the pleasure instead of disgust and anger. If I wanted those types of scenes, I would have watched porn and not just read. The heck!

Not to put any blame on another character but it’s really weird when authors have characters just gloss over this kind of information….The manager legit talked about how he manipulated and forced ren as a kid into the vulnerable position he in now so he would be dependent on the manager bc he liked him??? But the only thing the author has Hayato react to is “I’ll take ren from you” BRO WHAT?? Make it make sense omfg

It's not completely that friend's fault either, he was ready to ask questions because he wanted confrontation and communication. But his girlfriend did the exact opposite like he said, if she even said that she was uncomfortable talking about it that would still be communication. But what she did was dance around the subject like she had something guilty to hide

Idk what ur talking about dude but I’m only referring about Gujoon here. Because his lack of confidence he very easily let what other people say change how he saw his bf. On top of that he further fans those flames by taking what his bf says out of context. This is the difference between giving the benefit of the doubt to other people and already making up your mind about how they feel and only waiting them to give some ambiguous answer that suits ur warped perception about issues you’re having with them. Gujoon is fully convinced he’s being used bc of what others THOUGHT about his bf rather than actually talking it out with him.

I thought you were talking about the latest chapter where the friends sat together and talked about this. Either way you're only blaming Gujoon cause you already convinced yourself it's all on him. You think his ex can say he's just dating for fun when it's just 1 of the blatant proof that he's always acting like he's ready to pack it all up and leave Gujoon. Obviously he would be insecure if he's regarded as a fleeting thought, leaving him to play of guessing instead of ever saying anything personal or anything that would make the emotional wall his ex put less obvious. Don't try to pull "out of context" when you can't even accept that THIS is the context. You don't need to mental gymnastics to figure this out

I’m not saying he’s the only one at fault, I’m just saying he didn’t give his bf any room to explain himself or elaborate because he was so caught up in his own head.
