I was thinking of that too. But most of my experiences with live actions haven't been good.
Nah...They cut a lot from the story when adapted. Super Lovers went from yaoi to shounen ai when they adapted it into a TV series, I think. The best one I've seen so far is Koisuru Boukun, unfortunately it's only a two episode OVA covering the first two chapters. The sex scenes were fairly done. I do not consider Viewfinder a good one since the animation is horrible. So STWH may be in an R18 OVA series. For a sample of live action check out Doushitemo Furutekunai movie, it sucks imo.

Rereading this, I feel conflicted, because it's a good series (my favourite) but here even after being apart, it feel like nothing change for both couple, especially Tooru and Atori who fight for no apparent reason. In Rules (first season) when Tooru and Atori fight, they at least admitted what was going on and both admitted their fault, but here not. I think my disastifaction with this is their conflicts was resolve really easy, both couple just go back to each other and without explanation or a real talk about what emotions they felt, so the happy ending feel a bit forced. But I still like Miyamoto style of storytelling, when you read it flow really well and Hikaru is bea for life <3
