Alex had a bad personality since the beginning, so it wasn't surprising to see him inconsiderate of DG's pleading. DG is really timid and submissive, so Alex not paying any mind to him was expected. Though that doesn't justify his actions, I know what he did was wrong. With his personality and jealousy, this was normal. I just hope it gets better. Happy sex ftw.
