Literally just back to back rape. Ryujin let's himself get caught by the Disciplinary Squad, is beaten, raped and scarred by Haebeom.

Haebeom then coerced into joining the DS so they can take revenge on a shared enemy, the supreme leader.

Haebeom is still raping him whenever he feels like btw, like the entire time. And all the rape scenes are very graphic. It's not romanticized like in most BL, Ryujin absolutely hates it. I'm not exaggerating when I say he cries and bleeds every time.

Ryujins physical form is an absolute mess because of all the beatings and rapes, so Haebeom takes him to stay with his cousin and she's an angel and takes good care of Ryujin. She doesn't approve of what Haebeom is doing to him but she's powerless to stop it. During the weeks he's staying there, Ryujin manages to befriend the son of the supreme leader(the prince) and the revenge plan is starting.

Time passes, Haebeom is still raping Ryujin, the white haired guy from the beginning (i forgot his name whoops) wants to save Ryujin. Him and Haebeom get into it and he slices Haebeoms ear pretty bad. White haired dude feels responsible for curating the circumstances that led Ryujin to this point and blames himself for the hell Ryujin is and will go through. Haebeom knows white hair has feelings for Ryujin and is mocking him and tells him his future plans for Ryujin which include pimping him out for the sake of his revenge. Basically saying that he will put Ryujin into even worse hardships and there's nothing white hair can do about it.

Haebeom takes Ryujin to some military general (atp in the story i was just skimming because I couldn't believe wtf I was reading) and Ryujin gets gang raped by the general and some other soliders while Haebeom smiles and watches.

And throughout this it's revealed that Ryujin has no sexual desire and can't get erect as a result of his trauma from being gang-raped when he was 18. He was lured to a warehouse and got drugged. It had something to do with his dead sister and her debt and so he was tortured as revenge for w/e she did.
The aftermath was disgusting as hell too btw and sadly realistic. He was hospitalized for days. All the rapists corroborated their stories to make it seem like Ryujin walked into the situation knowingly and that whatever happened was consensual. So the rapists got off free.

Back to the current, because Ryujin is suffering another gang-rape his mind breaks and he age-regresses hard.

And I stopped reading there. That was only 30 chapters out of like 300+ btw and it definitely won't get any better.

Thanks so much for this. I thought it’ll get worse WORST before it’ll get better bcs I found out the novel had an audio drama. I hesitated reading the novel bcs it may be just a waste of time esp if it’ll not get any better. So I really appreciate you for reading it and sharing it with the class. I was actually intimated by the hardcore tags so I skipped the entire novel and just jumped right into the very last chapter of the novel, wherein (mini spoiler)...

Ryujin and Haebeom are going lovey dovey. I really don’t have an idea on how and when they started being a couple but I'm curious how much fluff the novel has in its entirety. I'm GUESSING it could be 2% fluff and 98% are pure angst but I won't know unless someone spoil the rest of the novel. I MIGHT still stay for the plot bcs the novel summary is interesting (just curious how are Ryujin and Haebeom gonna take the crown prince down) and skip (will defo not read) the rape scenes ╥﹏╥

Knowing they end up happy together is the biggest slap in the face I'm tempted to finish the novel to satisfy my morbid curiosity on how bad it can really get, and to see how in the world the author manages to redeem Haebeom in Ryujin's eyes... But I also really don't want to read over 300 chapters of Ryujin being treated like a piece of meat with holes. Sigh.

Love the art but.... sighhhsss.... I'll drop it. I'm starting to wander why the authors think this is an okay plot to do.
