Not really! Cuz that's just his personality before he met Uke. Like you said "he lost his memories", that's just mean he is back to his old self, without knowing Uke. But when his memories got back he goes back to his current personality, being lovey-dovey with the Uke.

Oh I forgot to add. Seme lives almost his life alone, there's no one to guide him, especially after he lost his memories. There's no one to tell him what happened to his life with Uke, so you can't really blame him he had that kind of personality.

It's not really weird though, if you COMPREHEND the situation. He's just back to his old self, the way he usually do (given the fact he lost his memories with the Uke). It's really not unnecessary, it's one of the plot, about his personality.

I'm pretty certain he didn't. I have reread this series many many times and I distinctly them talking about how they needed to push Seong-ah to get ready fast to return to the human world in order to stop him from sleeping with someone since it was nearing the time when he'd go looking for someone.

The Omega somehow lures the Alpha into a hotel room; sets up a camera and tries to use his pheromones to force the alpha to sleep with him. The MC ends up rescuing him though. After that, MC and Alpha have car sex and season 1 ends with them in the hospital because the alpha hit is head (I forgot how but I think it was trying to control how alpha urges back in the hotel because of the omega.)
