It is portrayed as almost a tragedy but its so funny because its just one big misunderstanding. Usually misunderstandings are frustrating but its just too funny right now. They all think she's suffering and all her words are about her dying but its just about her own little plans and desires.

This was really good but something weird I noticed was that in the early chapters they both seemed to be around the same height, but soon after they started having sex/confirmed their feelings Sano was noticeably taller than Azuma which I just thought was a interesting but weird detail.
Maybe because Sano stopped slouching as much or maybe just an inconsistency, idk.
