I haven't lost it yet, but honestly, I think you should just loose it at a meaningful time. Do it with someone you like, or at least know well, and try not to have any one-night stands (lol just in general). But really, you can loose your virginity whenever you feel comfortable, don't feel pressured or anything, it's your own body. :)
