I apologize if my comment came out offensive. I'm just expressing my frustrations on this story 'coz even if he's struggling on telling the truth, it doesn't change the fact that he's being unfair. So I can conclude that Elliot is Emily's twin slash Sean's son. But why is Kyle so cold to this baby boy if he's the father, or at least if he knew he's the father. Given the fact that he loves Sean. Also, aren't they supposed to hold hands to get pregnant? If Sean was a surrogate, by definition, he has to hold hands with either of the couple, right? So they should know who are they holding hands with? Right? So did Sean held hands with the wife (aka Jake's sister) or with Kyle (while covered up, lol, IDK).
I'm guessing the latter because, if a straight couple needs a surrogate, it's the woman who can't carry the child. Unless it's adoption and not actually surrogacy, then the twins are Kyle's. Oh god.
Idk who the father of the twins are but I suspect that Kyle's wife adopted 1 of the twins. I remember the flashback when sean was giving the son away to a lady and she said something about a rich family.
Maybe the wife lied that she was pregnant or something adopted elliot maybe that's why Kyle is so cold to elliot because he found out the truth( just not that sean is the mother/father).
I've thought of that too. But surrogacy was introduced. It was already said in a flashback that he took a contact number from a poster looking for a surrogate. And in present it said that he would do it "again" when he saw another poster looking for a surrogate. Unless the wife also lied to Sean about her partner. Ack- I don't know. So many unanswered questions.
Don't forget that it never really says they need to hold hands with another man specifically. Just that they need to hold hands while sleeping.
Maybe she was actually looking for a guy to knock her up to trap the bf, or looking for a surrogate who was already pregnant/had some sperm saves up or something, but then he showed up and was like "yeah we can just hold hands and you'll have a baby soon enough".
I think it's possible the woman is that "dad" which would really make the twin Jake's niece and nephew which is practically his own kids anyways.

And I'm so sorry, I really hate it when they change Asian names to Western names just for the sake of ease in reading. It kind of hurts a little. Also, when you have Western names for people in an Asian set-up, it's cringey.
