I looked at the raws, basically the ML spent the years the mc died alone and developed horrible mental health issues he even had visions/hallucinations about the mc(he even thought to self harm or die a few times) so when the mc came back to life the ML has a hard time believing it's really the mc and after that he's horrified the mc will suddenly disappear or die again. it's a happy ending but the story doesn't really say why the mc came back to life. it ends with 6 chapters, if the story was longer I think it would have been pretty good since there's some plot holes being this short. The art is nice though.
