I fucking hope that s2 rumour is real and they bump the rating up bc that final chapter left such a weird and rushed aftertaste that completely overpowered any other fond feelings i have for the story and it sucks bc i was sooooo in love with the first beginnings of the story. The pacing when they were children was so well done. Then the school arc happened and so many questions are still left unanswered????? Why can only ilya see it??? why didnt we get closure for karyan’s arc just like the brothers?? What about Character povs to ilya and jerry’s relationship/wedding?? And what the hell is the system and its purpose?? The whole system plot point was built up so much that it fell completely flat now that its … unresolved ? Resolved??? I dont know!!!! So many questions…, author i need u to pick that pen back up again. expeditiously. Now!!!!! And if it wasnt the author who chose to end it abruptly and someone else in their team/editor oh i hope that person’s favourite show ends in a cliffhanger right before it gets cancelled.
the only thing that was adorable about the ending was ilya’s last name changing to route (ilya’s route) that was so cute and im so happy for them good for them but please let me see these two act all lovey dovey leading up to the marriage 60+ chapters of jerry growing sick and depressed with worry about the validity of his and ilya’s feelings and youre telling me we dont get to see him fully enjoy the relationship?? All that slow burn???? Author!!!! Get back here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
