Yes. The first several chapters, when they get married and pregnant are current time. Then it flashed back to when they met and we are seeing the start of their love story. And chapter 59.1 is a further flashback to show how the student council president and and Taiya's demon friend had met and ended up entangled in a constant affair.
BTW, in case you are interested, there is now a manga called Tame that is by the same author and focuses specifically on the student council president and Taiya's demon friend.
