Vampire manga where the MC struggles with not biting/harming any humans?

The MC can be another creature too, doesn't have to be a vampire. A good example would be Devils Line or Tokyo Ghoul. It can also be BL or non-romance, doesn't matter but preferably a male lead ! <33
