The problem is not even rape itself, it's the fact the wrongness of the act is not acknowledged at all. What's more Minho's faults are exposed to the maximum and Dona's are overlooked.
Kinda looks like her actions are even justified by Minho being an asshole so he "deserves it". Which is just not it.
What's more on other sites people don't see ANYTHING wrong with Dona's behaviour and preach how she is empowered, independent woman and that what she does to Minho is completely understandable (look up Spanish sites, majority of comments are in this tone unfortunately).
What's more many people don't consider some sex scenes between them a sexual assault/rape because he was hard etc which is just sad because rape is about consent. Getting hard on/wet is physiological reaction and it doesn't mean that the act was desired by the other party.
