I don't really see it as problematic when the characters look mature. Megumi also looks older and mature in the anime so tbh id really care about the age that gege gave him.
It would obviously be wrong if it was real, but its not. Its fiction guys. But this is just my own opinion so yeah. The only thing i didnt like was that they gave him a more feminine look in this manga
