why did the art style change and why did it suddenly plummet into this “mc is forgotten by the world” type of story now? is this a joke? who the hell did the author hire to be their assistant?

honestly this series made me sick to my stomach and gave me chills.. (read till the lates chapters bc curiosity took over)
especially the following chapters after they start being a lover, and with the ex(?) crown princess. this is literally an insane mix of characters with crazy af personalities and plot twists that just made me feel super anxious and got me questioning why im still reading
for people reading this with uneasiness, i have read somewhere that rein and wilhelm will reconcile after sierra's request or smth and apparently all will live happily ever after + more children between the two
AND LET ME SAY THIS DIETRICH AND HIS WIFE WAS THE ONLY COMFORTING THING THAT HAPPENED THIS ENTIRE STORY like they fr let me breathe over the course of so many stressing and anxious points in the story
