From what I remember, I think the black feathers of the fan represent something ominous and people would most likely avoid those black feathers. The black feather comes from those black big birds that represents death n dark stuff so thats why pple started weird rumord (づ￣ ³￣)づ

To be Honest I stared at Iruma kun (wicked phase girl ver.) For 30 min without noticing...
