I like this manga and am really looking forward to reading more (I'm a sucker for good art + coming of age genres) At the same time, ya'll are right, the age gap is unsettling. I get the age of consent is 14, but she didn't even know what sex was (between women but still) that's more than a little creepy, and an apology doesn't cut it. But MAYBE just MAYBE I would have been willing to let it go if she didn't immediately disappear after pulling that stunt.
Sigh, I think I'm in for a frustrating read.

You know what I love most about their relationship? Their communication! They don't let their problems drag out (at least, not for too long^^) and they actually talk to each other! I swear so many authors use their characters lack of communication for cheap plot points and end up with an undeveloped relationship; it's actually sad how common it is. So I appreciate this all the more.

I'm pretty into this webcomic! I thought this would be more of a fluffy story starting out, but damn it can be pretty horrifying at times! The discrimination is so intense too. Hope people don't take this the wrong way, but I'm glad the author didn't pull any punches with the sexism. It really makes me feel like "Yup this is another world alright" (even more than the medieval/fantasy(?) themes) Not to say it doesn't exist, or is not as intense in other parts of the world, of course.
I'm really interested to see where this story is headed, and what kind of role the main character will play in this world as she gets older.
Aww, they flipped each other off <3<3<3
