1st: I don't get why tf the owner of the hospital wants to f up our mc
Excuse me he's reaping all the benefits from having our mc work for him! Does he even know how much other peeps want to work with him he even rejected a huge company for what ?
the not worth it hospital that he's working at. Which constantly torments him and makes him work for hours on end bruuh!
Like hello ! The reputation of the hospital goes up which means more revenue and alot of good press for the hospital so I don't get why he wants to taint the hospitals name by framing our mc this does not make sense
But I get it the plot needs a villain and it needs to progress and to do that we need someone to aggravate us.
2nd: I get the H.S villain tho I want him to have a redemption arc tho I also want him to pay for what he did he needs serious help psychiatry his fam really f'd em up bad.
3rd: I don't know if it's an inherent trait of our MC TO be dense af but how does he not notice the sabotage happening to him ? Alright let's say he can guess it's bullying or whatever from his superiors cuz they might think his conceited but c'mon it happened far too often to not even have a shred of doubt.
4rth: At this point I just want him to transfer to another hospital or have his own hospital at this point. But I know business wise he might f it up cuz business is different from being a good doctor.
But point is I just want his current workplace to cry for their loss after he goes to another hospital like they don't even value a good asset to their hospital any workplace would want to recruit him. Σ( ￣□￣||)

Candidate No.1 - sex friend who's unsure about his feelings and "has feelings for his cousin?" Idfk their relationship and is ungrateful and pushes the MC to his sister.
Candidate No.2 - Ye Shen's Boss kinda creepy but caring in a way. He cares about Ye Shen and openly declares his love for him.
Candidate No.3 - Ye Shen's friend (forgot his name) he is a dumbass and is seemingly unthreatening in the competition his plan to spend some time with Ye Shen by making him take up a project is good however his too naive to even be a threat to the others. Oh and he has not confessed to Ye Shen about his feelings.
Candidate No.4 - Candidate No.1's sister the most unlikely candidate because she has been outright rejected by our MC (indirectly) and is unlikely to win but I honestly want her to end up with him cuz GUYS LETS BE HONEST HERE SHE HAS SUCH A GREAT CHARACTER COMPARED TO OTHERS but whatever this is a diff genre and seems unlikely to be a potential partner at this point.
Candidate No.5 - Ye Shen's ex-boyfriend the dumb candidate who assumed Ye Shen and Candidate No.1 are in a relationship and so wasted his time brooding over it.
