Have you tried lost in the cloud? I like both and I think they’re both quite similar in terms of the vibe. Dawn of the dragon might also be good (but it’s a little bit of a stretch)
This isekai manga was about this girl who got reincarnated into an prone game. She could see the closeness meter on top of their head. I remember the in the first few chapters she was forced to eat a bad soup. And her brother helped her kinda. Please let me know if you need more cuz I really want to find this manga.
