We don't know for sure if he is pregnant. We assume he is b/c of the knotting and Doyun rubbing his stomache and what he said at the last episode of season 1. And the author hasn't really explained how the rules in her omegaverse work. Some has said both the alpha and omega have to be in their heat/rut for the omega to be pregnant and some has said only one of them have to be in their heat/rut. And obviously a lot think he is pregnant b/c of the knotting. If Doyun is pregnant, I really doubt we'll find out (get a confirmed answer) if he is at least until the end of season 2 or the start of season 3.

The author ended it due to mind block problems and lost it's inspiration but decided to continue it because of the support that the author received, maybe the author felt bad leaving some things unfinished
