I feel really bad for our MC cause I was in that position in one of my job before. I made the concept, the planning and budgetting but they put a different producer cause they said it would be better for a native speaker to do it lols but I know my shit, eventually I'll work on it. when the producer keep on screwing up the pre prod and client was getting frustrated they finally gave it back to me. I didn't get angry or anything cause I know the person will screw up eventually cause she would never know how I plan the things
