Can bite marks be overwritten?
Due to all the omega verse that I read, I’m pretty sure the answer is no, but the way it was looking like in the story I guess it can???
Yeah but there is also another omegaverse where the omega did a surgery to take out the bite mark.

It typically depends on whatever the author chooses. I've read stories where they're permanent forever, where they need to be remarked every few years, and ones where they can be overwritten. So much of the abo details are kinda just up to whatever the creator wants tbh
As far as I know, it can't be overwritten. But it's possible to break the bond.
I don't see the link between Rigel and Antares as stars ?? Why them ? Is there some astrological drama I don't know about ???

There isn't, other than their constellation myths and the two of them being the brightest stars in their constellation (aside from Betelgeuse, so probably why they were picked for the summit)
As far as the constellation myth goes, Orion (the hunter) died after a Scorpion was sent to kill him via Apollo's jealousy, and he was hung in the stars bc he was the best hunter of his time, and I don't recall Scorpio's myth
