What whaaat? Correct me if I’m wrong but Jeanette is the daughter of Claude’s brother???! They see Athy as a threat to their plans that is why they elimintaed Athy in her first life ‘cause they know Athy is Claude’s only comrade in that dispute... so they needed to eliminate her....they all of a sudden their tricks we’re discovered and they cursed claude??!! Omgg how hard must it have been for claude to realize it after he killed athy.... I’m curious but will he remember this too after his lucas cure his amnesia??? SHOCKSSS I GOT GOOSEBUMPS!!
In her first life Claude hated Athy though...even though she admired him she wouldn't be a comrade since it's no really mutual?

Also I thought Claude got cursed because he got close to Jenette, since Jenette is a child born of dark magic so she carries calamities with her wherever she goes, intentional or not and the consequences don't show up till later on. Claude's brother was the one who got Jenette to get close to Claude for that exact reason, so she can unknowingly bring calamities to Claude even if she loves him. At least that's what I thought it was? I dont really know, but I think that's what happens after the book ends.
Then Athy gets re-born.
Well, in fact, for what I have understood, Jennette is an artificial child created with black magic, so it's not Claude's daughter (Technically, but they did used his genes, I think?), but it's not his brothers daughter too.
The thing is, in her previous life, the story was too diferent. Anthy had a shy and insecure personality, so in the end she didn't get Claude's love and the plans of his brother went perfect. In this life, however, Anthy has sucefully gained his father's affection, making the entrance of Jenette into his life much dificult.
Soooooo, I think that in the second season we are going to see how the path is sadly redirected to the original course of the novel: Claude getting atracted to Jennette and Anthy torn apart. I think we are going to see a lot of drama and heartbreaking scenes :c I just want Lucas to come back soon and help her ; - ;
And, honestly, I love Jennette, I mean, she is kinda dumb(???) That kind of dumb female lead some otome game have but, the fact that she has no idea of what it's actually happening, and the only thing she want's is the love of her family it's also kinda sad :c
