I think if he genuinely wanted to put the past behind him and be with Kyungsoo then I’d have more pity but when he pulled out the whole “he’ll be mine again” his character progression went away for me and him feeling guilty is deserved sorry...
When YuYang mentioned cancer in those first chapters it wasn’t in a “this is what is going to happen” way he was just saying that love stories can go in many different ways. That IV thing that LiHuan got is very common during the sick season, it’s like getting a flu shot! Don’t worry so much :•) just so you know I haven’t read the raws so this is just my opinions no spoilers
