Woah, woah, woah! Aki and Shima are twins. NO love scenes for them. This isn't (I hope) that kinda manga.
It's already that kind of manga! If by that kind you mean "Incest" than YES It Is... You should be aware than even if Haru and Ren are not blood related they are still brothers, he lives with them and was legally adopted as their brother. Unless you mean something else? Cause i don't understand this!!!!!!
I mean Aki and Shima are twins therefore blood related. Haru and Ren are not blood related so its not an incest manga. It may be a little creepy to some but I'm pretty sure Ren has never seen Haru as a brother. And deep down I reckon Haru doesn't see Ren as a brother either. Thats my opinion anyway.
Adoptions mean's you have no ties to your biological family instead the family you were adopted by is your true family, the law says it and the outside world says the same thing. Even if their is no blood ties surrounding them just the fact they are from the same family is considered incest. People might try to look at it in the "Blood ties perspective" but if you go up to a judge or anyone who is above the law they would look at it as being Incest since the said person is related to them. They might not look at each other as being siblings because of their feelings/sexual desires but they are quite aware that they are a family/brothers. This isn't my opinion, since i am actually looking at it in the perspective of the law. But i guess only the author knows what category to place it in. For me is still incest even if there is no blood ties.

Well, you need to keep in mind that the author is a fan of brother x brother relationships lol.
That is a rather complicated topic when in comes to adoption. It sort of depends what country (or state if in US) you are. In my personal opinion, it is still not incest. Sure it can be awkward for some but yeah... /shrugs
The point I was trying to make is I would't like it if the twins got it on because they are blood related. And I really just don't think its necessary for the plot. Theres a nice balance or whatever. Just twincest is wrong this isn't Game Of Thrones! haha
I feel that this issue is going to differ based on the actual situation. If you're adopted as a baby and your sibling is like 2 years older and so you spend you're whole life raised as siblings...ew squick. This is tricky cause of the age difference but there's a long period of time that they are separated and not raised as brothers. Tbh I have a harder time adjusting to the age difference...and the whole guardian thing...but I'm slowly getting desensitized to it...Same with stepsiblings if you're raised together as siblings and one big happy family...ew if you're parents get married when you're older and somewhat mature...ok...
