People who were broke/no money like me reads here but thats that. Even mangago worked to Code this site like this and make a index of possibly all mangas (like other normal manga sites.) You can try buying the original manga/manhwa or on this case in patreon so you wont have complaints about not being able to read the manga/manhwa plot
