Genuinely once of the more mentally realistic manhwas I’ve read in a while and that is SO nice to see. The story was beautiful like dear gosh. I’m just glad Yi-ram was finally able to find happiness.

Regarding what the plot the author will use, I feel like his shoulder problem that they mentioned a few chapters ago at the hospital is going to seriously effect him and his chances to compete.
Yeah I agree with you even in the cover Dan is in tears....this is that type of story. Jae declaring Kim Dan as his possession doesn't suprise me because I wasn't expecting anything less or more.its that type of storyline.Id like to see where the author has Jae recognize his feelings with the type of charecter he is .

As someone who has a similar-ish (referring to domestic abuse) trauma to the Yeo-dam, these current scenes are entirely possible. Please don’t make it seem like Yeo-dam has to be living in despair 24/7 for his trauma to be accurate. This is what domestic abuse does to people’s brain when they are treated kindly after being treated badly. Your brain will be tricked into a feeling of safety and solitude thinking the danger is over when it isn’t. He’ll probably still have flashbacks and small moments when he remembers the past as a traumatic response but so long as he deals with his trauma and Jin-hwa treats him better, he might be able to “recover” in his own way. I mean this whole thing would be impossible to find in real life so it only makes sense that his trauma and resolve won’t make too much sense to us. Just some thoughts..
I agree with you. As someone who experienced domestic abuse, I can say there are many ways that people cope with the trauma. It may seem that he "forgets" about it but he doesn't, he still has that fear and trauma. I also agree with the statement about the "kind treatment". Its true that when someone is there for you in your lowest, you kind of become "vulnerable" with them.
Yeah, it sucks because you question yourself like Yeo-dam does and ask yourself if everything that’s happening is real. In a real life situation it might have not been but in this situation Jin-hwa is quite literally a different Jin-hwa from before so we can’t say whether or not what is happening is real or fake. I just feel bad for Yeo-dam because he’s obviously getting whiplash from this whole situation. Hopefully it gets resolved.

Sometimes I feel like Yeo-dam has sudden flashbacks when he's interacting with the emperor and he's reacting to both the current and old timeline versions of him. One moment he's cautiously ok and the next moment he's feeling sudden revulsion.
Not that the current version is a saint either. I guess it didn't help that the emperor slashed everyone for Yeo-dam not eating and that there was blood splatter everywhere. He feels disturbed by that and responsible and enters the emperor's quarters because he's doing as a favor for one of his slashed minders.
Other than that shitty comment Yoon really didn’t do anything out of the ordinary or was being an entirely shit person. He was the only one trying to actually communicate albeit it was kind of a shitty attempt. We already knew that he was bad at communicating anyway. Considering nothing happened with the lady and Yoon had just made the mistake of not calling Wonwoo to warn him beforehand… I don’t know, I don’t understand what else he did to warrant this kind of reaction. I feel like this isn’t the worst thing that he’s said or done but getting the bad end of the stick because of the fact that they were starting to become couple like, so Wonwoo probably felt extra sensitive. Also, this is just my observation, feel free to disagree with me.
