If anything Lucas was actually grooming Athy but no one had any issues cuz anime boy oooh look he's so cute aaaaahhh but when the gender roles are reversed it's "Ooh she's a cougar, she's grooming this innocent precious child" when we all know the manhwa is def going the Tita falls in love first and tries to convince her route. She cares about Ophelia getting with Tita and not dying than a relationship with the character thats supposed to kill her. Well, to be fair, Lucas also isn't raising Athy. I'm okay with this because it's a fictional story but I can see where people have issue with it. I'm okay with a lot of stuff in fictional imagination world that's not okay on reality though. Most manwa relationships are super toxic lol
