oh they experience way worse, just see what happens to the Nickelodeon actors. he's not trashy at all, if anything he's transparent since the beginning to everyone telling them that he would date anyone as long as they're fine with being in an open relationship (so no exclusivity). it might seem wrong but he's done everything alright, and he even ends the relationship as soon as he notices the other person doing more than what was agreed on at first so he keeps his word and doesn't lead anyone on.
