Yoon's amswer from the beginning has been "no" but the other party is a mafia boss that doesnt allow "no". Now his choices are to become the lover of a dangerous man he doesnt trust and constantly threatens to hurt his friends or try to run and see his friends probably get killed and tortured because of it. So he chooses "no", but the only options Vasya gives him are "yes" and "hell yes". Its not like he's hesitating because of little insignificant things XD But thats just imo
