It's when he goes to Prison. So, i'd say start from chapter 11, you don't wanna miss MC's omega friend/cellmate, (who has a baby and hubby). They also are more interesting. Anyway back to the 2nd couple, you meet the Uke (Prison guard) properly in the second half of chapter 12 and the Seme (Alpha inmate) in the last few pages of chapter 13. 2nd couple have their first major interaction in chapter 14.
The doctor said that it seems like Yoonwoo( MC) has been "exposed" to Milk drug for a very long time, to the point of developing resistance against its side effects. So who has been drugging him?? It can only be the Silver haired dude. Also, would explain why he wanted to by "half it back" from Alejandro... maybe.

I'm not a fan of love triangle and Kdramas (& toxic webtoons) have only made me hate them more. I didn't want to continue reading this when i realised where it was going BUT I PERSEVERED because who doesn't love an Omegaverse with Mpreg and cute little babies (just love seeing the little families), and i've got to say... the main story/characters are being overshadowed so far, imo .
