I saw the raws so i don't really know what's happening but i'm pretty sure she helps this group (I don't know who they are, the leader i guess is pretty good looking) in kidnapping the FL and that's how it ends in the RAWS i guess. I don't know what happens after that

Eclis is now my third favorite character ( Duke Eckert 1st and Penelope servants 2nd, crown prince 4th). So can someone spoild me if he going to betray Penelope (if he did ,what did he do) or not? I don't want to invest in him just to get my expectations shatter ╥﹏╥

I dont remember the extent of how much eclis was influenced by the og fl but he brought back the og fl in the estate even tho he knew it would hurt penelope. Its like he wanted for penelope to leave the estate or get kicked out bec she was suffering there and just go with him. After this hunting competition part, there will be more interaction with the crown prince so i think ull like him more.

Tbh I haven't read it in a while but i don't think he was brainwashed (maybe he was) but he said he brought the bitch Yvonne or whatever her name was so that Penelope could get kicked out of the dukedom so that she only had him to rely on... Yeah talk about messed up. Anyway he just really wasn't it sorry to all the people who shipped them. Also Penelope never liked him and was just using him so he had a one sided love (and i kinda felt bad for him nearing the end but he wasn't good for her and just cuz he liked her doesn't mean she should return his feelings yk?)

I know this is old new but I kinda want to know. Here my take: I understand Paul action due to trauma, him not knowing the hardship Rudy has gone through and the way Rudy act cheerfully giving Paul the wrong idea. Despite all that , I still feel Paul actions is still shitty and not justifiable. Wish that the author elaborate on that more, and make Paul take a little more responsibility for his action instead on just brush it away. But anyway, that my take, what your?

I 100% agree. Paul shouldn’t have expected a child who was thrown into an extremely random, dangerous situation to look for everyone else. Rudy was concerned about survival and always looking for ways to get home no matter how many shenanigans he got into along the way. Imagine how he feels after coming home and reuniting with a family member for the first time just to get blamed for everything that happened. I understand that Paul was distraught and trauma-filled from what happened but the reality is this was just an unavoidable situation that was tragic for everyone. I really think he shoulda addressed how not ok it was to, as a parent,be shifting all of the responsibility onto Rudy :/

i’m still mad at him. i still cry whenever i read that part back. it was supposed to be a happy reunion because his son was safe, but there he was getting mad at him and forgetting his son was still a CHILD. not to forget, rudy was thrown on a dangerous location with also a kid to protect. he’s been doing his best to survive, and has been at death’s door but when he met with his father he was blamed instead of being told how much of a good job he did. i wish they showed more of paul redeeming himself to rudy but they didn’t ╥﹏╥

I reread this a few times and every single time I hate Paul more and more. He's probably trying but he's the worst fucking father every time it actually matters. I cannot forgive him for the "bullying" incident way at the start, the cheating, and probably a whole other slew of things I can't think of right now, but when he treated Rudy like that I actually wanted to fucking murder the guy.
Who Fontain?
Her half brotha
He's another half-brother of hers. Who... Uhm...wants her in a sexual way...
ughh i hate that guy... but yeah i guess dion wants her love, meanwhile fontain just wants her in bed.
